You bet it will. The first time you try spit tobacco you will probably feel sick to your stomach, dizzy, and may even throw up. If you continue using it, it can make you very sick and can even cause disease that can kill you. Spit tobacco contains more nicotine than cigarettes. Spit tobacco causes mouth cancer, throat cancer, stomach cancer, heart disease, tooth and gum problems, stomach problems and bad breath. Almost half of spit tobacco users develop mouth sores that can turn into cancer.
