Big Dreams

Dreams and goals are really important. They help us go after the things that we want. And they help us make our lives the way we want it.
These ideas can help your dreams come true.

  1. Write down everything you would like to have and do on a piece of paper. Let your imagination go wild!
  2. Pick three dreams or goals that are the most important to you.
  3. Plan a few small steps that you know you can do every day or week to make each goal happen. Check out the example to see what we mean.
  4. Celebrate each accomplishment... you can do it!

EXAMPLE

Goal: To buy the skateboard that I want in 6 months.

Step 1: Get mom or dad to help me open up a savings account at the bank.

Step 2: Put half my weekly allowance in the account every week, plus half of any money I get for birthdays, etc.

Step 3: Check out different stores to find the best price.
